A seasoned Lebanese consultant engineer, holder of an engineering degree from ESIB [1985], a MAPS (Medical Architecture Planning System) certificate, and an MBAIP from Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and USJ [2002]. Recognized with honorary doctorates in Business Administration, Leadership, and Development Advocate [Hon. DBA LDA], and in Peace and Cultural Advocate [Hon. DPCA].
As the founder and owner of BECC (Boueri Engineering & Contracting Company) and BEPCO (Boueri Engineering Planning and Consulting Offices), Eng. Gebran has successfully managed and contributed to the completion of more than 243 diverse projects across Lebanon and internationally. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including residential villas, healthcare facilities, office buildings, commercial complexes, hospitality projects, Hospitals, Hotels, Malls, exhibition centers, Towers, and large-scale infrastructure.
