Thomas Yalda Oshana
Syrian–Lebanese businessman and investor with over 20 years of experience in agriculture, trade, logistics, and real estate development. Known for his strong network and entrepreneurial drive, Thomas has built a reputation for opening new markets, creating investment opportunities, and leading sustainable growth.
He oversees key enterprises in Northeast Syria, including large-scale agricultural operations, Touma Yalda & Sons Gas Station, Rama Drinking Water Factory, Al Mashari Development & Contracting, and Victory Trading. Internationally, he has founded and expanded successful companies such as China Road, Aluline Contracting, and Frames Advertising, extending his reach across the Middle East, China, and beyond.
Mounir Oshana
A Canadian entrepreneur and co-founder of Ghost Kitchens and One Kitchen USA, two pioneering ventures in delivery-first, tech-enabled kitchen models. He currently serves as CEO of Ghost Kitchens Middle East, driving the brand’s expansion into international markets.
With more than 25 years of experience in business operations and strategic growth, Mounir has successfully scaled ventures across North America and is now leading their global growth. He also maintains a strong focus on real estate development, particularly projects that bridge food, hospitality, and infrastructure. Mounir is actively pursuing strategic partnerships to accelerate growth at the intersection of food technology and property development.

A seasoned Lebanese consultant engineer, holder of an engineering degree from ESIB [1985], a MAPS (Medical Architecture Planning System) certificate, and an MBAIP from Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and USJ [2002]. As the founder and owner of BECC (Boueri Engineering & Contracting Company) and BEPCO (Boueri Engineering Planning and Consulting Offices), Eng. Gebran has successfully managed and contributed to the completion of more than 243 diverse projects across Lebanon and internationally. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including residential villas, healthcare facilities, office buildings, commercial complexes, hospitality projects, Hospitals, Hotels, Malls, exhibition centers, Towers, and large-scale infrastructure.
Nabil Al Saliby
Nabil Al Saliby is an influential business consultant, entrepreneur, and recognized expert in Human Resources. He brings extensive experience in HR management, with a focus on employee training, workforce planning, and employee relations. Beyond consulting, Nabil has successfully launched and managed several ventures in construction and personal care products, showcasing his versatility and entrepreneurial drive.
